Our Statement of Beliefs

Isaiah 45:18

God is the Creator God, and the ultimate authority of the heavens and the earth along with Jesus, His son, and the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 2:10-16

We are called into submission to God and complete dependence on Jesus as our only Savior, leaning on the power of the Holy Spirit for understanding Scripture and discerning the voice of God.

Ephesians 5:22-33

The Church is the Bride of Christ, and she is the collective body of believers founded in Acts 2.

1 Peter 2:9-10

God is a God of mission, and pursues His people of every language and every tribe.

Matthew 24:14

The Church is not confined to a particular culture or gathering style, but is a familial way of expressing a reliance on and worship to God through community, from individual groups of gathered believers to the global family of individuals united by faith in God.

2 Timothy 1:9

One’s journey with God is deeply personal, and while it is the role of Christians to share the Good News of the Gospel with unbelievers, it is the work of God to call each person to Him.

Ephesians 2:8-9

Faith without works is dead, but it is our faith and not our deeds that saves us.

Genesis 1:27

Humankind was formed in the image of God, with each person holding inherent value and worth.

Galatians 3:28

The Gospel of Christ unites people across cultures, languages, genders, socioeconomic statuses, and personal circumstances.

Matthew 5:23

Relationships that cross-cultural and socioeconomic barriers bring us closer to the heart of God, and reveal His nature as He creates space for His Kingdom to grow through co-powering communities.

2 Timothy 3:16

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and infalliable in all that it affirms.
